The Cook Medical Fellows & Residents Program, in collaboration with the Society for Vascular Surgery, invites you to an engaging educational session on planning and sizing aortic cases—followed by a dynamic, hands-on competition. Trainees will work with anonymized CT scans from real patients to plan and size an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) case, guided by Cook Medical representatives. This event offers valuable experience, reinforcing existing knowledge or introducing a key aspect of vascular surgery.

Calling all Vascular Surgery Trainees!
Put your skills to the test in a fast-paced competition designed to challenge your clinical knowledge, technical skills, puzzle solving abilities, and device knowledge under pressure. Teams of three will rotate through a series of interactive stations featuring real world clinical scenarios, imaging interpretation, puzzles, riddles, and simulator challenges. Speed, strategy, and teamwork will determine which team rises to the top and claims the title of Penumbra Champions.
Register to spectate or compete on a team. You may compete with peers from your institution or from other programs, or we will assign you to a team. All team members must register separately.
