Refund Policies
Registration fees, social event tickets and course cancellation requests should be directed to SVS via email at svs@csreg.zohodesk.com and must be received by Monday, April 27, 2026. Cancellations received by April 27 will receive a full refund, less a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations received after April 27 are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed after the meeting. In the event Show Management should find it necessary to cancel the 2026 Vascular Annual Meeting for any reason, its liability shall be limited to a full refund of the registration fee.
