Hotel Accommodations

VAM27 housing will open on March 3, in conjunction with VAM27 registration. To secure a hotel room in the VAM27 block, you must first be registered for VAM27 and book housing by May 7. Hotel reservation information becomes available after completion of your registration.

The Headquarters hotel for VAM27 is the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, directly adjacent and steps to the San Diego Convention Center.

All hotels in the official VAM27 room block are walkable to the convention center. No shuttles will be provided.

MCI USA is the Official Housing Provider for VAM27. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than MCI USA is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however, they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to SVS and MCI USA.

The official headquarters hotel of VAM27 is the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Boston and several other nearby hotels for VAM27 attendees and exhibitors. To secure a hotel room within the official VAM27 hotel block, you must first register for VAM27. Hotel reservation information will be made available after the completion of your registration.
Throughout the booking process, SVS monitors the hotel rates in San Diego. You can rest assured that we are working hard to get the best rates for you! The quoted rates are for one night and exclude taxes and additional fees. Most hotels will charge for three or more people to a room. Some hotels with premium rooms may charge additional fees for a specific room type.
The deadline for attendees and exhibitors to book housing in the VAM hotel block is May 7. Changes or cancellations to your reservation may be made until Sunday, May 23 by contacting MCI USA by phone at 972-349-5435 or by email at svs@mcievents.com. Starting Monday, May 24, 2027, contact the hotel(s) directly to make any changes to your hotel reservation. You must cancel your hotel reservation no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a one night’s room and tax charge to your credit card.
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be collected by the hotel once MCI transfers over the rooming list after cutoff. Reservations may be changed or cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Changes, including shortened stays, and/or cancellations received 72 hours prior to arrival will assess a one night’s room and tax penalty.
