Hotel Accommodations
VAM26 housing will open on March 11, in conjunction with VAM26 registration. To secure a hotel room in the VAM26 block, you must first be registered for VAM26 and book housing by May 15. Hotel reservation information becomes available after completion of your registration.
The Headquarters hotel for VAM26 is the Sheraton Boston Hotel, connected via the Prudential Center to the Hynes Convention Center.
All hotels in the official VAM26 room block are walkable to the convention center. No shuttles will be provided.
MCI USA is the Official Housing Provider for VAM26. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than MCI USA is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however, they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to SVS and MCI USA.
Plan Early
Boston hotels are expected to sell out during VAM week due to multiple events taking place across the city, including World Cup matches, Boston Red Sox games, potential NBA and NHL Finals, and college graduations. Reserving your room through the VAM hotel block is the best way to secure accommodations at the specially negotiated conference rate.

Local Transit Guidance
Boston’s public transportation system, the MBTA, or “The T” to locals, connects all of Boston and its suburbs by subway, rail, bus and even boat! Whether you’re riding by taxi, Amtrak or The T, the Hynes Convention Center is conveniently located near several major hubs of public transportation.
Parking
Within a three-block walk of the Hynes Convention Center are numerous parking garages totaling over 4,400 spaces. There is limited meter parking available around the Hynes and adjacent streets. Download the PDF guide of nearby garages for a full list of options.
Airport Shuttle
Logan International Airport is a 15-minute taxi ride from the Hynes, or you can take the Back Bay Logan Express to and from the 800 Boylston Street entrance near the Hynes. The Back Bay Express bus is on a 20-minute schedule to Back Bay from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., and to Logan from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Shuttle service is free from Logan Airport to Back Bay, and $3 for service from Hynes Convention Center to Logan.

The Hynes CC has a Mamava Pod – a free-standing, private lactation suite for new mothers, specifically designed for breastfeeding and pumping. Each Mamava Pod has a SmartLock with Bluetooth technology that connects with the Mamava Mobile App, allowing mothers to reserve, find and unlock the pods through their smart phones.

Quiet/Prayer Room
SVS offers a quiet and prayer room at meetings for attendees who need a calm, private space away from the main sessions. The room may be used for prayer, reflection, rest or other personal needs. It is intended to be a low-noise environment and should be used respectfully so it remains welcoming and comfortable for all who choose to use it.

Lost and Found
Location
The MCCA Public Safety property claim area is located in our Command Center at the Hynes.
Hours
The Command Center is open for property claim during normal business hours which are Monday-Friday from 8am to 4pm and during all event times. You may arrange a pickup for your claimed item by calling the Command Center at 617-954-2111 (Hynes).
Lost Item Claim Form
Please complete all applicable fields and specify the event at which the item was lost. Anyone claiming property must show a picture ID or driver’s license and your case ID number located on your receipt.
