Meeting Space Request
Exhibiting companies are encouraged to conduct investigator meetings during the VAM. Investigator Meetings are for internal industry staff and stakeholders and may not include VAM attendees. Companies that are in violation of the guidelines will risk loss of priority points and possible disqualification from exhibiting at future VAMs. The words “Investigator Meeting” must appear as part of the meeting name on the completed request form.
All meeting space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and only approved VAM26 exhibitors may request these options. All meetings will be located at the Sheraton Boston.
Meeting space can be requested on the following days and times:
Wednesday, June 10: 6:00am–5:00pm
Thursday, June 11: 6:00am–5:00pm; 6:30pm–10:00pm
Friday, June 12: 6:00am– 5:00pm; 6:30pm–11:00pm
Evening meeting space is ONLY available on THURSDAY and FRIDAY during the designated times as to not conflict with official VAM events.
